PersonaPixel Affiliate Program Terms

About This Program

PersonaPixel is a digital service operated and managed by Vilgren OÜ, an Estonian-registered company. For the purposes of this agreement, all references to "PersonaPixel" refer to the services provided by Vilgren OÜ. This affiliate program and all related matters are governed by the laws of Estonia.

By joining the PersonaPixel Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms laid out in this agreement. Please read everything carefully before promoting PersonaPixel.

Your role as an affiliate is to lawfully promote our service and earn a commission on qualifying first-time purchases made through your personal referral links.

Signing up means you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

1. Program Access & Approval

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. Applications may be declined without explanation.

2. Earning Commissions

• You earn 40% commission on the customer's first completed purchase only.
• We use a 30-day cookie window, unless your custom tier states otherwise.
• Commissions only apply to fully completed, non-refunded transactions.
• Self-referrals are not allowed. You won't receive commission on your own orders.
• If you have traffic or promotion ideas, we offer custom commission rates up to 60%. Just email us at info@vilgren.com.

3. Payout Conditions

• Payouts are made only after we receive a valid invoice from the affiliate.
• Commissions are eligible for payout 30 days after a completed, successful order.
• The minimum payout threshold is $50.
• We pay via Wise or regular bank transfer:
• USD payouts will be converted to EUR if using a regular bank.
• With Wise, you can receive payment in USD or EUR only.
• Send invoices to info@vilgren.com once your balance is ready for payout.

4. Promotion Rules

You are free to promote PersonaPixel, but the following are not allowed:

• False or misleading claims
• Spam (mass email, forum posts, comment spam, etc.)
• Advertising on illegal or inappropriate websites
• Offering cashback, rebates, or any part of your commission as an incentive
• Directly bidding on PersonaPixel or Persona Pixel branded keywords in PPC ads
• Self-referrals, fraud, or abuse

You may bundle PersonaPixel with your own products or bonuses - that's totally fine.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. Common reasons include (but aren't limited to):

• Violation of any program rules
• Fraud, fake referrals, or abuse
• Self-referrals or coupon abuse
• Inactivity over an extended period
• Any behavior we believe harms PersonaPixel or its reputation

Termination means you lose access to the program and forfeit any unpaid commissions.

6. Program Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation means you accept the changes. If you disagree with any updates, you may end your participation by contacting us.

We make no guarantees about uptime, error-free operation, or expected commissions. The affiliate program is offered as-is.

7. Coupon Codes

If you want to promote PersonaPixel using a custom coupon code, you can request one by sending us your idea, content plan, or campaign concept. If we like the idea, we'll create a unique code for you.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any coupon code request.
